
FRIED MAC AND
CHEESE BITES

1 cup Shredded Mccall’s Oak Smoked Grassfed Cheddar
3 cups chilled & prepared mac and cheese
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Vegetable oil for frying
I N S T RU C T I O N S
Mix mac and cheese with shredded McCall’s Oak Smoked Grassfed Cheddar. Roll into 2 tbsp balls and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
Whisk eggs with water in one bowl; add panko to another. Dip balls in egg, then coat with panko.
Freeze again while heating oil to 375°F. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
