FRIED MAC AND

CHEESE BITES

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 cup Shredded Mccall’s Oak Smoked Grassfed Cheddar

  • 3 cups chilled & prepared mac and cheese

  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • Vegetable oil for frying​

I N S T RU C T I O N S

  1. Mix mac and cheese with shredded McCall’s Oak Smoked Grassfed Cheddar. Roll into 2 tbsp balls and freeze for 15–20 minutes.

  2. Whisk eggs with water in one bowl; add panko to another. Dip balls in egg, then coat with panko.

  3. Freeze again while heating oil to 375°F. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
