
McCall’s Cheddar Crisps
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 cup any McCall’s Irish Grassfed Cheddar, shredded
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried Italian herb blend (or a mix of oregano, thyme, and basil)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
I N S T RU C T I O N S
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded cheddar with garlic powder, smoked paprika, herbs, and black pepper.
Drop 1-tablespoon piles of the cheese mixture onto the sheet, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until crisps are golden and edges are lacy.
Cool completely on the pan—they’ll crisp up as they cool.
