Place a small bowl of jam or chutney slightly off-center on the board to act as the focal point.
Arrange the cheeses evenly around the board, giving each variety its own space. Use a mix of cuts for visual interest—some sliced, some cubed, and some in larger chunks.
Slice the Oak Smoked, 12 Month Aged, Porter, and Sage cheddars into thin planks or sticks, and fan them neatly in their sections.
Cut the 6 Month Aged cheddar into cubes and group them together in one area of the board.
Leave the Chive and Whiskey cheddars in slightly larger chunks or blocks to create contrast in shape and texture.
Add the sliced salami or cured sausage by folding or layering it into small piles and tucking it between cheese sections.
Fan the rustic sliced bread along one side of the board, slightly overlapping the slices so they’re easy to grab.
Nestle clusters of green grapes into open spaces, placing them near both mild and bold cheeses for balance.
Add apple slices near sharper cheeses like the 12 Month Aged, Porter, and Whiskey cheddars.
Scatter walnuts in small groupings throughout the board to fill gaps and add texture.
