Loaded Pub Fries
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups McCall’s Irish Cheddar, shredded (any flavor)
2 lbs thick-cut fries or russet potatoes, cut into fries
Neutral oil, for frying or baking
Salt, to taste
6–8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
I N S T RU C T I O N S
Cook fries according to preference until golden and crispy (deep-fried or baked).
Transfer hot fries to a serving tray or parchment-lined pan and season lightly with salt.
Immediately sprinkle shredded McCall’s Irish Cheddar evenly over the fries.
Place under a broiler or back into a hot oven just until the cheese is fully melted and glossy.
Finish with crispy bacon and a generous sprinkle of fresh chives.
Serve hot with sour cream or aioli on the side.
