
MCCALL’S BREAKFAST SANDWICH

8 slices of sandwich bread, toasted
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 slices McCall’s Smoked Cheddar, sliced
4 slices American cheese, sliced
4 slices deli-style ham
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Whisk eggs and milk together. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Season with salt and
Lightly toast all 8 slices of bread until golden.
On 4 slices of toasted bread, layer in this order: warm scrambled eggs, 1 slice ham (folded), 1 slice McCall’s Smoked Cheddar, 1 slice American cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
For an extra melty sandwich, return to the skillet or use a sandwich press to warm for 1–2 minutes per side.
