MCCALL’S BREAKFAST SANDWICH

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 8 slices of sandwich bread, toasted

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 4 slices McCall’s Smoked Cheddar, sliced

  • 4 slices American cheese, sliced

  • 4 slices deli-style ham

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

I N S T RU C T I O N S

  1. Whisk eggs and milk together. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Season with salt and

  2. Lightly toast all 8 slices of bread until golden.

  3. On 4 slices of toasted bread, layer in this order: warm scrambled eggs, 1 slice ham (folded), 1 slice McCall’s Smoked Cheddar, 1 slice American cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

  4. For an extra melty sandwich, return to the skillet or use a sandwich press to warm for 1–2 minutes per side.

  5. Enjoy warm for a smoky, cheesy, satisfying breakfast!
